We have the necessary tools and knowledge to install a new system according to manufacturer specifications providing you with the most highly effective, cost-efficient system possible. With a trained engineer on staff, Masters can design and install an engineered duct system. Masters has the distinction of being one of a very few companies in Northern Indiana fully sanctioned to install QAP Version 3 Energy Star products.

The Masters Installation Process
1 - Call and schedule no-obligation estimate
When you call Masters, our trained Customer Service Representative will schedule your no-obligation furnace estimate with a Comfort Advisor.
2 - The Comfort Advisor will arrive at your home
The Comfort Advisor will arrive at your home to assess your home and comfort needs. No matter what type of heating system you choose, the size is the most important factor. Too big or too small will shorten your system’s lifespan.
3 - Choose the best suited system for your home
Your Masters Comfort Advisor will then provide several system options and special financing available for you to choose from, ranging in efficiency levels and comfort needs best suited for you and your family.
4 - Installation date and the team is scheduled
Once the system and/or accessories are confirmed, the installation date and the team is scheduled. Permits will be pulled, if necessary.
5 - Reminder phone call 24 hours in advance
You will receive a reminder phone call 24 hours in advance with a timeframe window and the amount of time the installation should take.
6 - Demo, remove the old and install the new system
The installation team arrives to demo, remove the old system and line set, and prepare the space for the new system. The team installs and then runs through an extensive list to ensure all is well and operating as it should.
7 - Getting to know your new system
The install team leader will review the checklist with you and go over instructions on how to operate your new system, thermostat, and/or accessory. He/She will also review your Energy Savings Agreement and discuss scheduling your next performance maintenance appointment.
8 - Verifying the installation quality
A senior technical manager arrives on site to verify the installation quality, customer concerns and system operation for peak performance.
9 - Follow-up after the installation

10 - Start earning money back
